HSBC’s International Wealth and Personal Banking (IWPB) are looking for a Head of Collaboration who will be responsible to accelerate the bank's growth agenda by fostering collaboration across Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Private Banking, and Employee Banking Solutions (EBS).

In this role you will:

·         Lead the development and execution of collaborative strategies that enhance the integration of Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB), Private Banking, Premier, and Employee Banking Solutions, identifying and implementing initiatives that leverage the strengths of each banking segment to drive growth, with a focus on affluent and wealth customer segments.

·         Facilitate seamless integration and communication between different banking segments to ensure a unified approach to customer service and product offerings

·         Oversee performance metrics and develop detailed revenue forecasts for collaborative initiatives, ensuring they meet targets and contribute to the bank's overall objectives.

·         Create strategic plans and forecast that outline how collaborative efforts will contribute to revenue growth, including setting specific targets, timelines, and resource allocation

·         Develop and maintain regular reporting mechanisms to track and analyze the effectiveness of collaboration between Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB), Private Banking, Premier, and Employee Banking Solutions, providing senior management with reports on revenue impact, successes, challenges, and future opportunities.

·         Oversee the development and maintenance of a content hub that serves as a resource for frontline colleagues, providing them with the latest information, tools, and strategies to enhance customer engagement.

·         Build strong relationships with market business leaders to understand local market dynamics and customer needs and align with IWPB strategy

·         Maintain and observe HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal / external auditors and external regulators

Requisitos

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

·         Strong understanding of Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB), Private Banking, Premier, and Employee Banking Solutions, services and operations, with the ability to influence senior business leads.

·         Experience in delivering and managing complex cross-border transformation initiatives, driving organizational change and adoption at a global scale.

·         Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including senior management.

·         Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills, capable of using data and insights to drive decision-making, performance tracking, and synthesizing key themes and issues.

·         Innovative and customer-focused mindset, with knowledge of the global external environment, including regulatory, political, competitors, and market factors, and a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences.

·         Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to influence senior teams and interact at all levels of the organization.

·         Deep understanding of servicing principles, transformation trends, and the ability to navigate the matrix and drive integration opportunities.

·         Strong understanding of culture, familiarity with supervision and conduct frameworks, and experience in positively driving culture, combined with strong numerical and analytical skills.

·         Ability to work independently, multi-task, filter information, prioritize multiple demands, and effectively plan and manage projects.

This role can be based in London or Hong Kong and offers hybrid working.
