We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Head of Foreign Exchange South East Asia.

Principal responsibilities

• In charge of the FX business in Singapore across Private Bank and Retail Wealth client segments as well as the night trade execution service across asset classes; manage the teams supporting the relevant businesses
• Lead the 2 main business lines– FX Direct advisory, FX Marketing and Retail
• Support the FX businesses in other South East Asia locations across Private Bank and Retail Wealth client segments
• Develop Active FX Client business under the Dedicated Advice and Dealing initiative that provides dedicated service to selected clients on advice, dealing and risk monitoring of FX trades
• Support Relationship Managers and Investment Counsellors in advising and executing eligible FX solutions for clients outside the Dedicated Advice and Dealing initiative
• Work to have a FX Retail strategy and execute it to grow our FX Retail proposition.
• Coordinate with global and regional counterparts to produce FX house views, market updates and trade ideas
• Manage relationships with internal and external trade counterparties
• Work with 2^nd line of defense on risk monitoring and management related to the team and the business
• Maintain and develop FX related systems

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage FX business with Active FX client coverage experience
• Profound knowledge and experience in FX market with ability to derive and deliver FX recommendations across multiple currencies
• Familiar with option strategies, derivatives and structured products
• Familiar with dynamic Greek-based margining system and methodology
• Strong risk management skills for managing client’s FX positions
• Solid dealing capabilities, with attention to details and good knowledge in dealing systems
• Able to work under pressure and execute client orders accurately and effectively
• Strong management skill, sales and marketing skill, people skill
• Bachelor degree
