In this role you will:
- Lead, develop, and manage sales teams and the branch network to achieve IWPB business objectives
- Ensure delivery of a consistently excellent customer experience and encourage channel migration
- Operate with the highest standards, meeting all regulatory requirements and managing operational risks
- Deliver the branch plan, including leads/sales prospect management and overall customer experience
- Play an active role as part of the wider leadership team
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Previous sales management experience and a solid track record of delivering results
- At least 5 years of people management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information effectively
- Experience in building effective networks across business areas
- A comprehensive knowledge of Distribution processes, systems, and controls
