A core focus of the role will be engaging with HNW/UHNW customers and meeting their home loan needs, which will require the role holder to be well versed in changing market conditions, relevant industries and environments. This role will provide direct support to the Executive Relationship managers (ERM) by managing home loan needs of the ERM’s customers. This role is a customer facing role, where the job holder will meet with HNW/UHNW customers to fulfill their home loan needs. In addition, the role holder will liaise with credit and other internal teams to fulfill the full home loan journey from the first interaction to settlement.


The role holder will use their experience and expertise to provide a holistic banking service with predominant focus on structured complex credit scenarios, and drive customer satisfaction through deepening relationships and developing relevant solutions. The jobholder is required to act as a brand ambassador and must therefore demonstrate high levels of professionalism plus strong communication and presentation skills to help guide and influence external stakeholders while fostering collaboration with internal teams to seek timely solutions.  


Responsibilities:
•    Achieve agreed KPI objectives and growth through the development of existing and new customer relationships - meet the home loan needs of existing and new customers.
•    Use tools, information and delivery channels effectively to deliver the highest levels of client service.
•    Maintain a minimum standard of qualifying customers within portfolio.
•    Establish and build a high personal and corporate profile in the community and within external business networks.
•    Monitor and act on daily performance activity management information and other internal information tools, using them to coach the wider team in support of your business goals
•    Establish and agree customer contact strategies in line with Group operating models.
•    Fully utilize and input to Customer Relationship Management data, ensuring all customer information is complete and kept up to date.
•    Build effective relationships with clients to retain and develop sustainable relationships. Complete regular reviews with clients to understand their current and long-term needs and identify opportunities, to refer business to other areas such as CMB, Private Bank and other branch colleagues as appropriate.
•    Maintain and update knowledge on financial and investment services and knowledge of industries and market areas.

Requisitos

Requirements:
•    Strong experience in Lending and Customer Relationship Management.
•    Relationship management experience in managing HNW/UHNW client portfolios.
•    Understanding of complex credit structuring including preparing credit submissions to the credit team.
•    Always up to date in latest economic developments, interest rates and developments in the share markets.
•    Strong client focusses and ability to develop long term partnerships with clients.
•    A full understanding of HSBC’s Credit Policy and Lending Guidelines knowledge of financial planning and defining customer needs.
•    A full understanding of Wealth products in general, HSBC product options and direct investment portal, SMSF, trusts and regulation relating to financial advice and Corporations Act 2001 wholesale and sophisticated investor exceptions.
•    A full understanding of the needs of the mass affluent customer segment in general and individual customers in particular.
•    A good understanding of the corporate banking and the referral process.  
•    A good understanding of the Private Banking and the referral process.
•    A full understanding of the Premier Proposition including Global Service Standards and Premier International.
•    A clear understanding of how value is created within the Premier segment, both for customers and the bank.
•    Demonstration of required AML and Sanctions knowledge through attendance at the one-day instructor-led training course and successful completion of the related post-course assessment.


Preference will be given to candidates who hold Australian PR/Citizenship or New Zealand Citizenship, or who can demonstrate current unrestricted work rights in Australia without limitations.
