Department: - Wholesale IT

In this role, you will:

•    High level requirement Analysis, Estimation & Scheduling 
•    Engineering activities planning, monitoring, tracking, controlling and status reporting
•    Prepare Technical design
•    Conduct review of Technical design/code/test plan and test results
•    Testing Support in system integration & User acceptance testing.
•    Release preparation 
•    Contribute in Non Functional requirement - Performance testing, Security testing
•    Post implementation Support
•    Represent Engineering team in project level meeting & discussions with stakeholder & other IT team
•    Lead & guide Engineering team (approx. 5 or more) to deliver as per agreed effort & timeline
•    Work on multiple projects (2-3 projects for small to medium size) 
•    Responsible for status reporting and metrics reporting
•    Responsible for defect management
•    Support and co-ordinate change management activities
•    Support defect prevention activities
•    Implement Engineering process improvements resulting from lessons learnt

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

•    Overall 5+ years of experience with strong hands-on work on various technology like Java8, Angular JS, Spring boot, with strong experience on any JavaScript-based GUI framework, which includes Angular JS and Experience in developing messaging and streaming service, including Websphere MQ. 
•    Good coding skills on Spring boot framework, which includes Spring boot to MQ server connections to reach the mainframes applications including work experience on Java 8, HTML, CSS, Angular JS - screen designs, link to Spring boot to Mainframes system, node.JS and JSON..
•    Preferrable to have existing work experience/knowledge on US-CoreBanking systems which helps in quick transition and minimal turnaround time to support the projects.
•    Strong knowledge and work done on tools like IBM RAD, POSTMAN, STS , Visual Studio Code, GitHub, Worked on API micro services cloud integration.
•    Experience of work in Agile model and multi face deployments, i.e. Experience with continuous integration, testing, and deployment concepts.
•    Troubleshooting system, server errors and user-reported errors.
•    Must have flexibility with work hours as this requirement is for US based application.
o    Proactive, possess an outgoing personality, self-motivated and be able to work independently and under pressure.
•    Handson application analyst/developer to provide application solutions to the business.Analyze business needs and recommend viable IT solutions to meet these requirements.
•    Design, develop and implement IT solutions to meet business needs, according to established standards and best practices.
•    Conduct and support testing to ensure the quality of all deliverables.
•    Produce documentation on system solutions to ensure their maintainability and smooth implementation.
•    Experience setting up monitoring using Splunk, AppD, etc.
•    Experience with automation/configuration management using either Ansible , Terraform, CloudFormation
•    Knowledge on mainframes system will add advantage in the role to understand processing better.
