 In this role, you will:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical SME/Lead with hands-on expertise in Java and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and robust applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards. 

The role requires the ability to operate in a large, dynamic, and pressurized environment where high-quality software solutions are needed rapidly to support an ever-evolving business.

• Lead the development and implementation of Microservices-based solutions using Java.
  
• Architect and design scalable, distributed systems with high availability.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  
• Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and automated testing. Mentor and guide team members in technical aspects and career growth.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
  
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend their adoption.
  
• Navigate a dynamic ecosystem to deliver change effectively, demonstrating initiative, self-motivation, and drive.
  
• Exhibit tenacity and determination to clarify business requirements and deliver solutions in occasionally challenging circumstances.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8+ preferred).
  
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring Cloud).
  
• Expertise in RESTful APIs, messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, Hazelcast), and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., GCP and AWS).
  
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  
• Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
  
• Payment’s domain experience and clearing scheme experience
  
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
