Department: - WSIT – Global Payment Solutions

In this role, you will: 

  • Execute tests, track and monitor defects/Stories to closure and produce test metrics and test reports. Participate in project meetings to provide feedback and statistics of the project in relation to the test quality
  • Implement creative and innovative ways of testing to meet project goals without compromising quality
  • Participates in refining testing practices and methodologies. Prepare and Assist in performing test estimation, test strategy and Test Plan
  • Coordinate, Prepare Test Bed, Test Data for execution. Confirm connectivity and readiness of test team
  • Assist Scrum Leads in managing day-to-day testing activities, such as test monitoring and status reporting at the end of the testing day
  • Reverse engineer requirements and develop models as needed to support test automation. Ensure reusability and capture of Metrics Prepare project level required metrics and reports
  • Specializes in Automation testing using Cucumber/BDD framework using any automation tool.
  • Support SIT, UAT and PVT. Ensure constructive working relationships within team and with other functional groups
Requisitos

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: 

  • 6+ year minimum of overall experience in automation testing projects
  • Knowledge of any other automation tool preferably Selenium.
  • Good understanding of TDD and BDD concepts.
  • Strong exposure to testing terminologies and processes.
  • Understanding of test management tools, JIRA, ALM and Confluence
  • Prior experience with Payments & Cash Management products specifically Real Time Payments.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation of complex information and data).
  • Excellent multitasking ability - Must have ability to track multiple issues, effectively manage time and competing priorities, and to drive results through partner organizations.

The successful candidate will also meet the following requirements:

  • Prior experience with products specifically Payments will be an advantage
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation of complex information and data).
  • Prior experience with Agile and User Story writing.
  • A strong commitment to quality and efficiency
