The Opportunity:

  • The SFX & GSIBs Change Business Analyst supports change design and delivery, working closely with Finance, HOST, Risk and the business. The SFX & GSIBs Change Business Analyst undertakes quantitative and qualitative analysis in order to elicit clear requirements from the business, and translate these effectively throughout the project lifecycle. The Lead Business Analyst is competent in business analysis and can undertake activities without guidance.

What you’ll do:

Key responsibilities include: -

  • Lead and manage the deliverables and activities for the SFX and GSIBs Delivery
  • Support the requirements and delivery of the SFX and GSIBs system and tracking delivery
  • Define the data requirements and sourcing for Sensitivity and GSIBs delivery
  • Work with the Project Managers and Leads to ensure an effectively run project
  • Support testing and stakeholder management for SFX and GSIBs Deliveries
  • The Lead Business Analyst engages a wide spectrum of stakeholders and partners across the business, especially Finance, HOST and Risk.
Requisitos

What you will need to succeed in the role:

Technical Skills

  • Solid understanding of Change Delivery Lifecycles and Delivery Methodologies
  • Good understanding of Basel III/ /regulatory domain
  • A strong appreciation of Systems and Data Architectures, specifically in regulatory Environment
  • Excellent business analysis skills with ability to structure problems and find solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

Education

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business, with MBA or PGDBM in Finance, related field or equivalent experience

Personal Skills

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to effectively engage stakeholders across various functions.
  • Proactive and able to work independently with little supervision
  • A self-starter with excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Desire and commitment to make a difference
  • Team player able to manage conflict and conflicting priorities
  • Ability to quickly attain understanding of new systems and processes

Experience

  • 8-10 years of experience in change, regulatory and capital/Basel III/risk management domain
  • Experience in change management, driven by IT systems implementation or enhancement, across a large organisation
  • Track record of successful delivery
  • Should be flexible to stretch at work across shifts in a 24 x 7 environment
