GDT WS, MSS and ESG is responsible for driving & executing bank’s data strategy by providing best-in-class technology services. The team focus on providing core data & analytics capabilities that commonly required by multiple GBs and/or GFs, and operate the share data platforms / products / services for the bank.

The Opportunity:

This PMO role holders work in projects of a variety of sizes, which are single or multiple work stream, have country or global dimension, and be of both narrow and broad scope. The principal accountability of the role is to manage the delivery office of a project / programme / initiative or value stream carrying out monitoring, governance and reporting activities.

What you’ll do:

• Lead current and future years AOP and BAU financial analyzing / re-forecasting activities, resource allocation and budget utilization monitoring. Tracking statuses of project deliverables and milestones.
• Manage relationships with all key business and IT stakeholders.
• Overall Financials goverance cross value streams, monitoring and reporting on budgets and expenditure.
• Risk and issue monitoring and co-ordination.
• Act as the subject matter expert of planning tools like GPDM, Pioneer, Clarity, Apptio etc and provide guidance and system support to management team.
• Lead the regular project and programme level reporting, data reconcile, process design.
• Oversee the data quality of clarity status reports / risks / issues / milestones.
• Managing the collection, collation and processing of project information from stakeholders.
• Ensure operational excellence on timesheet completeness / accuracy, mandatory training, Poddy data and SPs, etc.
• Ensure consistent adoption and adherence of HSBC Tools, Standards and Processes, via monitoring, providing guidance, direction, training, and support.
• Actively manage and resolve any adhoc queries received from the COO/Senior Management Team.
