We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Leadership Talent Acquisition Partner

Role Purpose

This role is responsible for enabling the bank to attract and secure top-tier leadership (GCB3) talent. The role-holder will act as a trusted advisor to senior business and People stakeholders and will deliver high-impact talent solutions that ensure high-quality hires, who are able to contribute to the achievement of HSBC's strategic objectives and purpose, and who align with the bank's values.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end hiring process of GCB3 level hires, including direct talent identification, sourcing, engagement, shortlisting and offer management
  • Design and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies for GCB3 level hiring, ensuring alignment with business objectives and workforce demand plans
  • Lead complex GCB3 talent acquisition projects, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing market insight, competitor intelligence and guidance on talent acquisition best-practices
  • Collaborate with dedicated research and sourcing teams and colleagues to identify and engage external and internal talent
  • Champion diversity-focused hiring strategies, ensuring the inclusion of under-represented talent in candidate shortlists and talent-pipelines
  • Develop and maintain a detailed view of internal and external talent landscapes, providing specialist insights to inform hiring and succession planning strategies
  • Build, nurture and maintain long-term talent pipelines for leadership hiring, leveraging external and internal networks
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through the entire recruitment process
  • Drive operational efficiency through the timely delivery of GCB3 hiring outcomes, while maintaining compliance with internal governance global/regional regulator
  • Develop and deliver regular reporting on key GCB3 hiring performance metrics to the Global Executive & Leadership TA Lead, and other stakeholder as required
  • Partner closely with colleagues in the Executive Talent Acquisition team to ensure seamless alignment on hiring strategies for senior roles and succession planning efforts
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the Executive & Leadership Talent Acquisition function, across different geographies, to share best practices, address global talent acquisition challenges and strengthen the collective impact of the team
  • Leverage technology to innovate and continuously improve GCB3 talent acquisition practices and delivery
Requisitos

Success Profile

Experience

Banking Sector Knowledge - Understanding of the banking / financial services industry, ideally with experience and knowledge of talent acquisition within one or more of Corporate & Institutional Banking, Consumer Banking and/or Wealth Management
Talent Acquisition Expertise - Proven experience in delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions for leadership level roles, including direct external search execution, in fast paced environments, either in-house or in leading executive search or recruitment agencies
Diversity Focused Hiring - Experience in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire diverse talent
Business Partnering - Extensive experience building and managing relationships with senior business leaders, acting as a trusted talent advisor to align talent acquisition efforts with business/organisational objectives
