· Supporting tasks to establish new business relationships and strengthening existing ones, whilst ensuring fair outcomes for all types of customers
· Providing support to the communication new products, propositions and relevant market information to customers.
· Supporting distribution channel business development strategies
· Supporting plans and strategies to generate new business as well as increase revenue for existing ones
· Collaborating with internal stakeholders, which may include relationship mangers and product specialists, to maximize cross-selling opportunities for the bank.
· Participating in events, initiatives and activities to develop business opportunities
· Protect the bank's reputation and ensuring an acceptable risk profile, whilst deepening your understanding of the client through credit and customer due diligence reviews
· Extensive knowledge of the market & market trends, industry, competitive environment and regulatory environment.
· Extensive knowledge of global trade finance, services, products and techniques.
· Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic, cultural, procedural and regulatory issues.
· Detailed knowledge of Credit & Risk including techniques to mitigate and manage risk.
· Good command of written and spoken in both Korean and English.
· Good understanding of Fintech platforms, market solutions and strong communication and presentation skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
· Ability to manage deal execution, including legal documentation negotiations, necessary approvals and timelines.
· Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) Degree in Finance, accounting or related fields.
· Preferred experience in banking industries (+ minimum 5-years)
