We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a MarTech Product Owner – AI & New Developments.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will:
Role purpose (overall high-level summary of the role)
The role of MarTech Product Owner – AI & New Developments sits within the Global CIB Marketing team and specifically in the CIB Digital Marketing Team. It will play a a key role in supporting the delivery of the digital marketing strategy for CIB globally.
MarTech Product Owners implement and manage the technology and data that enable our marketing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive measurable business growth, through enhanced Marketing & Sales capability. This role will specifically help spot new opportunities, with a particular focus on AI, that will help us deliver our marketing vision. The role will work closely with marketing teams both globally and locally, to understand areas of opportunities, it will also engage with internal tech and AI teams and external partners, to identify solutions and new opportunities.
Once initiatives are identified, this role will help develop business cases and collateral to engage different business areas and teams. This is a great role for someone with digital marketing or technology experience, who is excited by what AI and Technology developments can bring in the way of capability.
Marketing Change & Transformation
- Act as an advocate to drive an effective and collaborative transformation culture, encouraging the wider team to embrace new ways of working driven by technology and data
- Working in an agile team to build MarTech solutions in line with agreed capabilities, budgets and timelines
- Serve as an ambassador for technology solutions, engaging with various stakeholders
Solution Design
- Translate business requirements into detailed technology solutions
- Help design and build scalable, flexible, and cost-effective solutions aligned with HSBC's technology strategies
- Deliver solutions that align with marketing technology vision, considering risk and business strategy
Future Looking
- Partner with internal Tech and AI teams to understand opportunities to leverage other initiatives being developed with the bank
- Stay updated on industry trends, vendor offerings, and emerging data solutions, continuously learning and thinking about how we integrate new technologies into the organization
Teamwork
- Support peers and team members, promoting agile methodologies
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to secure buy-in and ensure effective delivery of strategies and solutions across the business
- Introduce HSBC Group best practices to the team and liaise with global marketing to share standards and approaches
Compliance and Risk Management
- Support data security and compliance efforts
- Conduct third-party vendor assessments
- Adhere to the business transformation framework and marketing financial processes
- Identify and mitigate potential risks from internal and external factors
- Serve as a role model in marketing and with business partners
