Multi Skilled Mortgage Associate (12-month secondment)

Our Wealth and Personal Banking business supports millions of individuals, families, business owners, investors and entrepreneurs worldwide. We provide products and services that include current accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as savings, investments, insurance and wealth management. We also have specialised relationship managers who support customers with bespoke requirements, including high net worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

The Multi Skilled Mortgage Associate will flex across a number of responsibilities within the non-advised Direct Mortgage business, ensuring that no two days are the same.

In this role you will:

•    Provide high quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by resolving the customer mortgage query at first point of contact where possible.
•    Maintain attention to detail and high accuracy in directing and navigating customers to appropriate resolutions in a timely manner.
•    Provide support on phones to Inbound Non-Advised where demand requires.
•    Process multiple queue types to help customers with their online mortgage journey – including rekey’ s and Government Charter illustrations.

Requisitos

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

•    A high performing track record, working in a Mortgage environment for a minimum of 6 months is essential.
•    Recent experience of providing excellent customer service throughout an end to end journey.
•    The ability to adapt to regular change, demonstrating flexibility whilst supporting improvements to the proposition.
•    Proven experience in dealing with complex information whilst paying full attention to detail.
•    Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to successfully influence others, building sustainable relationships with key stakeholders.

This is a full time, hybrid role and the role holder will be based in either the Hamilton, Leeds or Swansea hub.
