We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Officer, Non-Financial Risk Management.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Ensure effective risk management within Business Banking through providing support to BB Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Department, including coordination of the tasks among Business Approval, Case Management and Change Process and Embedment teams

  • Support Line Manager to provide administrative support for NFR team members, including new joiners/leavers arrangement, system access application/removal, fusion expense management, internal bank record/customer information retrieval, MI reporting preparation, etc

  • Support NFR team for smooth daily operation by providing case assignment/management, generic email box management, complaint escalation, maintaining leave plan and resource management

  • Ensure effective communication and liaison with various stakeholders, including but not limited to internal stakeholders like BB/non-BB colleagues and external customers/vendors/stakeholders

  • Provide insights and feedback to assist the team to maintain/enhance a high standard of task quality and data accuracy

  • Demonstrate and promote a positive risk culture aligned with HSBC values and good customer outcomes

  • Adhere to regulatory standards and law to ensure compliance with relevant internal policies, laws, regulatory rules, guidance, and expectation

Requisitos

To be successful you will need

  • Experience in customer centric role with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills

  • Good understanding of general banking products and services and having sound knowledge in using bank operating systems such as Online Banking System and Customer Relationship Management System

  • Good understanding on credit assessment or operations, approval process and security documentation is preferred, but not essential

  • Fluent in spoken and written English with knowledge in Putonghua is an advantage

  • Proficient in using Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
