The Opportunity:

• und Reporting is a part of Global Asset Management which deals with reporting of funds publicly for marketing purpose.
• Production of monthly marketing materiel Factsheets ensuring the Fund Static data, Performance data, exposure data, Chart data, ESG data and dividend data etc… are received completely. The Factsheets are quality checked and published across websites and SharePoint for marketing and client use purpose.
• Management of HSBC Fund Websites ensuring the Fund Static data, Performance data, exposure data, Chart data, ESG data, dividend data and all Fund documents, etc…are published for the marketing and client use purpose.
• Production of Multiple reports like Dividend reports, commentaries, holdings report, etc…
• The ideal candidate needs to have good understanding and experience of Funds, Fund data, Fund performance and Fund documents. He/She will have good understanding of Factsheets production, publications, monthly reporting and knowledge on Fund Reporting.

What you’ll do:

Impact on the Business/Function [COMPLETE 3-4 AREAS]

• Own the Factsheet Production and Publishing cycle completely along with taking complete ownership of maintenance and updation of the asset management websites.
• Understanding of Fund data, performance data, exposure data, ESG data and Dividend data and how this tie into the factsheet process.
• Website maintenance with reference to fund data and documents
• Understanding of all document types for funds

Leadership & Teamwork 

• The ideal candidate needs to own the complete factsheet production process and lead the fund reporting team to greater success.
• He/She needs to conduct governance calls to review the factsheet production process along with working with stakeholders to see how the process can be improved.
• Well versed with all attributes of the asset management function along with good rapport with all the stakeholders involved in the asset management function.
• Work with peers, onshore and local team manager and be open to take additional responsibilities. Work in close coordination with other peers/colleagues and independently handle various team deliverables with complete ownership and accountability.

What you will need to succeed in the role:

Functional Knowledge

• Good understanding of Fund Factsheets, Fund data, Fund performance and Fund documents.
• Good to have in-depth knowledge of Factsheets production, various asset classes, fund structures and Fund data.
• Good knowledge on document production, publication and distribution cycle.
• Prior experience working on Fund Reporting, mainly on Factsheets production and website maintenance.

Other

• The ideal candidate should have experience working with stakeholders and be able to meet challenging needs of evolving Fund Reporting business.
• Should have some experience in project management along with reporting tools like Factset, Vermilion, Coric, Appian, etc...
