We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Premier Service Manager II, International.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Lead S/PRO to provide excellent service and support to PERM (NRC) / PRM (NRC)
  • Lead and drive S/PRO on retail banking business, successful wealth referrals, etc.
  • Ensure excellent level of Premier service
  • With synergy, relief CSM to support operations and administration when needed
  • Comply with all regulations, operation guidelines and managing financial crime risk
Requisitos

To be successful you will need

  • Years of frontline sales experience in financial services
  • Proven years sales supervisory experience in management capacity with outstanding track record
  • To possess good knowledge of all wealth management products including insurance and investment with an expertise in financial planning and customer portfolio management
  • Strong selling and presentation skills, leadership, people management/coaching skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Holder of relevant insurance and investment licenses and compliance with related Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
