We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Product Designer.

Principal Responsibilities

PayMe is HSBC Hong Kong’s award-winning mobile payment wallet facilitating consumer-initiated payments to friends, family members and businesses. PayMe has attracted more than 3.2 million users in Hong Kong, and has a rapidly expanding merchant base, both in-store as well as online via e-commerce and m-commerce. PayMe sits within the Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) line of business, capitalizing on WPB’s retail customer strengths.

We are currently seeking a talented and passionate professional to join the PayMe Design team as “Product Designer”. You’ll be responsible for provide high quality end-to-end UI/UX and interaction design on a range of digital platforms and product solutions. Being creative in ideas, keen to learn and committed to take ownership of projects, it will be a hands-on role working closely with CX team (user-research), Product Owners, Data & Insights, as well as our Technical Developers.

Requisitos
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Digital Product Design, having worked with digital design agency, consulting firm, studio or in-house team, strong UI ability preferred
  • Strong portfolio of design work delivered; demonstrating solutions that have delivered valuable outcomes & experiences to both customers and businesses through effective design
  • Strong domain knowledge in UI design with breadth in a variety of complementary areas (i.e. user research process)
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping tools
  • Knowledge in Accessibility is a plus
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, fluency in Chinese a plus
