We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Product Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Manage sales enablement activities for the Wealth Lending business in Hong Kong
  • Development of user friendly and effective front-line procedures & selling tools
  • Delivery of front-line training
  • Manage front-line requests for client portfolio simulations and discretionary pricing approvals
  • Coordinate client servicing matters including annual reviews
  • Identify opportunities for processes re-engineering to improve service resilience and/or to deliver better client outcomes
  • Develop and leverage positive working relationships with first and second-line teams across local, regional and global levels
Requisitos

To be successful you will need:

  • Degree from a top tier university
  • Strong commercial awareness/orientation, with knowledge of lending solutions
  • Solid understanding of the regulatory environment applicable to the business, and best practices in operational risk management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills demonstrating the ability to influence as well as develop strong and productive relationships with stakeholders in a matrix environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple demands, shifting priorities and tight timelines while maintaining high standards and attention to detail
  • Critical thinker and is not afraid of challenging others’ ideas. Ability to work unsupervised and take responsibility for own action
