The Product Owner is responsible for owning portfolios of work and managing the respective stakeholder relationship. They will own the overall vision and roadmap of the Decision System team(s), proactively find new opportunities, bring together resources, and drive delivery. The Product Owner will be familiar with the capabilities within Decision Systems and will have expertise in SASID, Powercurve, or a Decision System tool

In this role you will:
• Engage with Stakeholders / Customers / Value Stream in developing prioritized vision, roadmap and work backlog
• Drive, Shapes and lead a range of analytical projects within the team, ensuring accuarte delivery by delegating effectively to designated analyst and offshore teams.
• Be aware of related industry trends, distilling this knowledge and sharing with the wider team
• Participate in the promotion and communication of the product to the wider organisation. Assists in communication with business stakeholders, resolving conflicting stakeholder priorities
• Collaborate with the team to showcase the product to stakeholders
• Prioritise and delegate planned projects, whilst effectively managing and challenge request for unplanned work
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
• Evidence of having planned projects and activities systematically in line with business priorities, using a variety of analysis and problem-solving techniques.
• Previous Recoveries knowledge is advantageous
• Previous stakeholder management skills are essential
• Ideally have previous management experience/coaching or development.
• Analytical skills – ability to manipulate date and present is a simplified user-friendly format.
The base location for this role is Leeds, Sheffield or Birmingham.
