We are currently seeking a high calibre individual to join the team in the role of Programme Manager – PRA Trading Controls

This role sits within our NFR Change Team, working with stakeholders across MSS, Global functions and Group, you will be responsible for ensuring we meet our regulatory commitments on PRA Trading Controls

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a pivotal regulatory programme.

In this role, you will:

•    Working with the MSS business, IT, Operations and Compliance, to manage the end-to-end delivery of the PRA Trading Controls programme
•    Prepare and Present periodic outputs for PRA touch points whilst managing Programme Budgets and Resources to target 
•    Overseeing work streams to build business cases, business user requirements and functional specifications.
•    Ensuring MSS Senior Management are briefed and engaged in the Programme progress and deliverables in addition to leading the end-to-end delivery, including development, testing and implementation of IT.
•    Setting objectives, reporting progress, and carefully managing delivery risks

To be successful in this role you should meet the following:

•    Be a seasoned Change Programme Lead with a deep understanding of the Markets Control Environment 
•    Experienced in Regulatory engagement and the ability to lead a large programme of control changes
•    Self-motivated and able to work independently, and under own initiative with a sense of ownership and accountability.
•    Experience of planning and delivery of business change initiatives through complete project life-cycle with exposure to working in a trading controls environment is paramount
•    Must be a strong communicator both verbally and written who can operate and influence at a senior level
