The CCM COO Value Stream is responsible for delivering high priority programmes to simplify, digitise at scale and automate the credit and lending journey, as well as supporting the creation of a new, globally consistent credit and lending organisation serving CIB business lines which collectively build towards our vision of becoming a leader in digitally enabled domestic and cross border lending across network, by improving customer experience generating competitive advantage through use of data and participation in emerging borrowing models.

The Value Stream construct allows us to focus on a single set of aligned objectives, collaborate to deliver our target architecture while maintaining the effective delivery of credit and lending services.

      

The Opportunity:  

The Associate, Market Integration will be responsible for all business readiness and timely activation of features and functionality to our customers within a market or region. This role family works alongside local markets, IT and Transformation to ensure business and customers are ready to consume change.  

 

What you’ll do:     

The Associate, Market Integration will:

  • Be embedded alongside delivery teams to support the timely usage of features and functionality to our customers. This role family works alongside local markets and Transformation to ensure business operations and customers are ready to consume digital and regulatory change.
  • Collaborate and drive the change implementation activities within region / market, including business readiness assessment (i.e. avoiding multiple change clashes), implementation pilot (including approach and checklists) and actual implementation (including reporting status and issues).
  • Manage the people aspect of change, in particular looking to maximise adoption and usage, and minimise resistance.
  • Apply structured change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
  • Develop detailed change plans to track progress.
  • Develop clear and concise communication materials (emails/release notes) to varying audiences, ranging from senior stakeholders, within CCM COO Services and end users.  
  • Experienced with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Experienced with project management tools such as Jira/confluence.
  • Be able to create summary docs from elaborate design, project/process documents and confluence pages.
  • Ability to analyze data sets using advanced excel techniques/ other analytical tool.

Customers / Stakeholders

Primary customers are:

  • Group & Regional teams.
  • CCM COO functional and delivery teams.
  • Other business areas and lines as appropriate.
  • Group Functional Teams – e.g. Risk, Group Finance, IT.
  • Operational support teams.
  • Other Risk sub-functions – global and regional.

The Associate, Market Activation will contribute, challenge and advise effectively on areas within their scope, including internal committees / forums and support the provision of transparent and insightful feedback on status.

Other stakeholders on projects will include (as demanded by specific project need):

  • Other Transformation functions
  • Regulatory authorities
  • Other service delivery functions
  • Data service providers
  • Software, data, and service vendors

Requisitos

What you will need to succeed in the role:       

Knowledge & Experience

  • Credit and Lending experience
  • Basic understanding of CCM COO operations and key systems. 

Role Family experience recommended

  • Exposure to responsibilities associated to the role family.

Transformation experience recommended

  • Has experience of working on change programmes.

Capabilities

Drives change implementation

  • Defines and drives strategically-aligned migrations/transitions across geographies to deliver change.
  • Builds and maintains a comprehensive understanding of local market organisation and nuances
  • Engages with business stakeholders across all markets in scope to build, influence and share knowledge of current and future processes/systems.
  • Drives the business readiness strategy taking into account team and market nuances. 

Champions and leads transformational change

  • Leads/supports the building of Change and Implementation skills and teams across the portfolio/line of business.
  • Leads/supports the planning of all aspects of transition to the end state, including desired future capabilities and ways of working.
  • Assess and plans for change impacts, ensuring minimal impact to business as usual.

 

What additional skills will be good to have?     

Qualifications and Accreditations

  • Evidence of self-development across a number of disciplines
  • Industry recognized technical certifications desired i.e. Test Management, Agile, Black Belt – Six Sigma.
