We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Project Manager, Non-Financial Risk Management. 

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Assist to drive initiatives to demonstrate proactive risk management and leverage data and technology to elevate effectiveness and efficiencies of Financial Crime Risk detection, assessment and mitigation
  • Collaborate with an extensive range of stakeholders to manage changes to non-financial risks related procedures and controls to protect business while ensuring not to compromise customer experience
  • Optimize risk assessment and other internal processes to effectively manage financial crime risks along customer life cycle through new customer acquisition, event trigger management and customer exit avoidance
  • Liaise with external vendor who handles Customer Due Diligence case management work of Business Banking Portfolio Managed book, including overseeing the vendor’s book of work, upkeeping case quality and customer experience, and managing change requests and business acceptance testing to comply with the latest bank policies and procedures 
  • Work with line manager to manage the necessary actions derived from governance risk forums to keep effective risk management in Business Banking Portfolio Managed book
  • Coordinate upskilling and training for Business Banking staff to keep the team abreast of the latest risk landscape, emerging typologies and critical thinking
Requisitos

To be successful you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, related field, or equivalent experience
  • Thorough understanding of non-financial risk management as well as bank’s products and services
  • Proven record of successful change management and process improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and influencing skills 
  • To be a good team player
