Department: Wealth Personal Banking IT

In this role, you will:

  • Help teams to follow EPF (enhanced protection framework) and prevent charging issues from happening across wholesale and WPB as part of HSBC conduct and controls.
  • Provide support and help deliver capabilities related to material to region programmes across Value stream (VS)
  • Own the deliverables of SSP work across UK owned and consumed apps. Drive to automate processes to yield quicker results. Drive Mode 2 adoption across WPB
  • Track the SSP budget and work with SSP leads to be on track. Maintain RAIDs and help to provide solutions to remove blockers.
  • Help in the governance process by providing right details to senior stakeholder in WPB UK CIO. Be part of several initiatives across WPB to drive engineering productivity.
  • The role holder will build strong collaborative relationships with the technology value stream leads, India leads, Head of PPM strategy, SSP leads and other Global stakeholders. Help drive demise of apps across WPB UK
  • Drive and support Pune Connected engagement weeks, senior management visits and engagement associated with Annual events and townhalls etc.
  • Support and participate in Diversity & Inclusion, Innovation, CSR, Learning & Development 

 

Requisitos

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • More than 10 years of experience in project management, delivering projects for key markets and senior stakeholder management
  • Knowledge about technology estate to make an impact during technology discussions and decision making
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; strong relationship management capabilities. Strong leadership skills, team-builder and influencer
  • Impeccable written, verbal and presentation skills. Exposure and success working within a global matrix organization model.
  • Proven track record in developing, managing and implementing various programmers. Experience managing a range of stakeholder relationships by matrix and virtually.
  • Gravitas and ability to interact with and advise senior executives.
  • Able to work within an ambiguous environment, prioritize and reconcile competing demands and resolve complex issues.
  • Good usage of Microsoft tools like excel, PowerPoint etc. Able to learn and work with new tools.
