The opportunity: Relationship Manager - Global Network Banking

What you will do:
The Global Network Banking (GNB) Relationship Manager manages a portfolio of GNB customers, with accountability for sales, service, risk and operational delivery working closely together with Global Relationship Bankers across Corporate Banking. These clients have varying needs from basic account servicing to more complex multi-product needs across Credit & Lending, Payment and Trade Solutions.
This role in the GNB team includes a combination of primary responsibility for relationship management on an own portfolio of subsidiary clients and working with senior relationship managers on more complex client requirements.
In this role you will:
• Manage your own portfolio of local clients and as part of the Client Service Team proactively support client plans and pipeline management.
• Support Senior Relationship Managers with larger (regional) projects and credit and lending opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with Product and Service Partners to identify opportunities to increase wallet share.
• Provide high quality service to existing clients and efficiently execute the onboarding process for new to bank clients.
• Manage financial crime risk and ensure compliance.
You should apply if you have:
• Experience in a similar position.
• Strong business acumen with economic, cultural, and regulatory awareness.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Are very good at multitasking, with a result-driven mindset, and have an ability to efficiently coordinate workload and meet agreed timelines.
• Possess solid analytical skills and credit knowledge.
• Fluency in English (required) and Dutch (preferred).
