We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Decision Systems Senior Analyst

In this role you will:

•    Co-ordinate, manage and support the delivery of BAU and Project changes within Decision systems
•    The role holder will be responsible for delivering Decision System projects in a timely and accurate manner, consulting with customers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to define the requirements and analysis
•    Attend relevant Working Group/meetings to discuss feasibility of upcoming changes, give an overview of runways and priorities and update on any change implementations.
•    A champion for Agile working and highly effective communication
•    Implement company policy and contribute to the attainment of functional results. 
•    Ensure the quality of tasks/services provided by colleagues, involving regular process checks or review of output by a co-worker. 
•    Engage with and show understanding of the business operation in order to recognize and acknowledge change impacts, objectives, priorities, work pressures and constraints. 
•    Conducts timely briefings for team members/ stakeholders on progress of work. Communicate technical/ sensitive information.

Requisitos

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

•    Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint. 
•    A flexible and adaptable approach to change and will support others to respond in a similar way. 
•    Experience of making prompt and practical business decision, even in times of ambiguity, considering various perspectives and taking responsibility for outcomes 
•    Evidence of having planned projects and activities systematically in line with business priorities, using a variety of analysis and problem-solving techniques. 
•    Experience of successful budget management and use of numerical data to assesses and report on performance and/or identify business issues and opportunities.

In addition to the details listed above, the ideal candidate will have a track record of:

•    Experience of working with SAS, PowerCurve, SAS-ID or other decisioning platforms
•    Qualifications/ Experience in coding / statistics / data analysis.

The base location for this role is Leeds, Sheffield or Birmingham.
