We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Client Service Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Work in the client service team for Global Custody covering clients in Hong Kong with their day-to-day custody enquiries, responsible for independently working with large and complex institutional clients, such as Asset Owners, Assets Managers, Insurance & Public Sector
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and also act as a team manager capacity supervising the client service managers for global custody
  • Act as the escalation point to ensure we attain the highest levels of Client Service satisfaction, retention, and reference-ability of the client base
  • Function as the focal point of contact, leading the design and implementation of service enhancement client plans, projects and as well as collaborating with the relevant Operations and Product teams to address client needs and provide regular updates to senior management
  • Ensure adherence to the client governance and oversight for assigned client base, including client due diligence
  • Conduct regular service reviews of responsible client portfolios to measure KPIs & SLAs to identify operational efficiencies in the service model
Requisitos

To be successful you will need

  • Solid experience in client management roles with relevant experience in Global Custody, Investment Management or asset servicing related disciplines
  • Excellent communication skills and client facing experience. Strong operational background across settlements, asset servicing, and treasury / cash operations is preferred
  • Ability to interpret market regulation changes by working with relevant sub custody market and communicate expected changes to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Flexibility to adapt to the changing demands of the industry, clients, and internal stakeholders. Able to work in a quick pace environment and manage individual and team priorities effectively
  • Experience and adaptability to operate across a complex organization collaboratively, whilst ensuring that the agreed client/HSBC agenda is effectively managed
