  We are currently seeking a talented professional with strong automation skills to join our team as a Full Stack engineer in our Guangzhou office.

What you’ll do:

• Equities Technology and Securities Financing Tech solve some of the most interesting and complex problems in the financial industry to help our global business and its customers succeed. Shipping code early and often using Agile and DevOps engineering practices is critical for us to deliver business value, with continuous improvement and learning at the centre of everything we do.
• We are motivated by pushing the boundaries of financial and technological innovation, in an open, inclusive, and diverse environment.
  We are currently seeking a talented professional with strong Linux Administration skills to join our team as a Specialist engineer in our Guangzhou office.
• You will be responsible for configuring, delivering, and supporting Linux environments and services.
• You will provide operational support on incident and perform root cause analysis. Ensure appropriate measures are taken to improve and sustain high quality and prevent recurrence.
• You will help us implement new technologies and provide on-going support of hardware and software solutions, enabling engineering teams to build and operate their platforms while adhering to standards.

• You will 5+ years of experience in Linux server administration preferably with RHEL.
• Demonstrable experience of Linux administration and architecture, including knowledge of volume managers, multi-pathing and kernel parameter tuning.
• Demonstrable experience of scripting with Shell and tools (Rundeck, Jenkins, Git) to deliver automation.
• Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting of Veritas Volume manager and Veritas Cluster Server is required.
• Strong infrastructure background with experience with IBM, Lenovo, HP or DELL x86 hardware and virtualisation platforms (VMware, Citrix, Hyper-V).
• Knowledge of storage infrastructure with experience of configuring file systems on NAS storage and SAN solutions, both standalone and clustered, including replication.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure (Cisco, TCP/UDP, LAN/WAN, GSS, F5, VIPs, Firewalls).
• Significant experience of working in a major enterprise environment and or experience operating in highly regulated industry, e.g., Financial Services.
• Experience of IaC or configuration management solution such as Ansible, Puppet or Terraform.
• You are a strong team player with good communication skills comfortable to interact with various stakeholders.
• You are comfortable with change and teams and technology and you are interested in simplifying and automating tasks.
