Department: - Wholesale IT
- Responsible for delivering various projects, will require excellent leadership skills to ensure the team is engaged, motivated and driven.
- Act as a subject matter expert for junior members of the team and keeping the team members motivated and aligned in their work and ensuring quality delivery.
- Stakeholder Management, Different levels of stakeholders with different expectation levels will need to be managed on an ongoing basis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken) – comfortable with detail
- Experience of working within multi-site teams, cultivates a collaborative and cooperative attitude across different work cultures
- Ability to work under pressure and manage own time, ability to work on own or as part of a team
- Ownership of tasks assigned to ultimate resolution
- Working knowledge of Source code repository tool GitHub
Requisitos
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Relevant work experience of in Agile, Databases and Testing methodologies
- Hands on experience in Python, Java and SQL
- Experience of writing complex SQL queries which can aid in the testing of complex scenarios
- Experience in implementing UI- automation (using selenium), API Testing using SOAP-UI, Selenium.
- Very good understanding of architecture and design patterns used for Web Application Framework
- Basic knowledge of performance testing using jmeter.
- Expert with testing life cycles, able to Create test scripts, test cases, test plans and execute tests
- Knowledge of using tools like Jira and having ability to thin slice requirements
- Well versed with Scurm methodology
- Performed Product Owner role and participate in backlog grooming, scrum ceremonies etc

- Ability to prioritize work to successfully deliver service to agreed levels in a diverse and constantly changing environment
- Effectively co-ordinate delivery of services involving elements delivered by other internal/external teams
- Strong customer focus, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management ability, motivating IT employees
- Strong process implementation and management skills, experience of using IT systems & reporting tools, Ability to multi-task efficiently and as part of a Global virtual team across multiple regions.
- Exposure / Knowledge of Project Management in Agile/DevOps environment
- Knowledge of Banking Domain, Familiarity with Incident / Problem / Change and Release Management procedures.
