We are seeking an individual to join this team in the role of Senior Data and Transformation Manager.

 

In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for enabling the execution of the Client Service strategy through change management and data analysis.
  • Lead and support on projects and initiatives for Client Service Europe to enhance client and employee experience, managing project plans, escalating risks and issues and managing stakeholders.
  • Improve Client Service SLA's and performance by using data expertise to assess, analyse and provide recommendations and drive change.
  • Manage and support processes and provide suggestions for process improvements to enhance experience for Client Service colleagues.
  • Actively engage and provide metrics across Client Service organisation including weekly updates and monthly metrics reports.
     
Requisitos

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Influencing skills and strong skills in stakeholder management.
  • Have the ability to ensure complex and/or technical information is articulated in a simplified and meaningful way to stakeholders.
  • Have the ability to continuously adapt to balance and priorities different demands of the team and requirements from multiple directions and stakeholders. Strong organisational, time management and planning skills to cope with multiple responsibilities.
  • Have strong experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Practical experience of project management, successfully supporting complex change initiatives. 

 

*Please note: This role is based in the Edinburgh office.  The successful applicant will be required to spend at least 2 days a week at this location or out visiting clients. Hybrid working is available, but the role holder will need to live within a commutable distance of the aforementioned office.
