We are currently seeking one experienced individual to join the team in the role of Channels Footprint Strategy Senior Manager supporting the business in the achievement of sustainable growth aspirations by driving increased efficiency and productivity in the frontline and enhancing the overall customer experience across channels.

In this role you will:

·         Develop and implement pillars of the Integrated Channels Strategy, from business case to delivery

·         Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and track progress against goals.

·         Stay up to date on industry best practices and emerging trends in physical footprint strategy, related technology and investments.

·         Develop, approve and implement physical channels footprint strategy (outlets, ATM network, people)

·         Management of investments in channels footprint – governance, business cases approval, post implementation reviews

·         Lead the optimisation of the physical footprint including wealth centre expansion, branch and ATM optimisation. Manage dependencies for execution (Operations, Corporate Services, IT)

·         Lead the agenda and work closely with Corporate Services (CS), Finance and IT, to deliver the footprint strategy and cost plans

·         Lead interlocks with the markets to align investment plans, support their execution and provide appropriate oversight

 

Requisitos

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

 

·         Solid understanding of financial management

·         Knowledge of CapEx within Financial Services environment

·         Solid understanding of channels footprint management on a Global scale.

·         Strong strategic acumen with the ability to produce business cases, make strategic recommendations and to story tell at an executive level.

·         Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data and insights to drive decision making and performance tracking.

·         Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross functional teams and senior stakeholders.

·         Self-sufficient, with the capacity to work independently, multitask, filter information, and prioritize multiple demands.

 

This role is based in London and offers hybrid working.
