We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will: 

• Production support engineers in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving production incidents in a timely manner.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact our users.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that new features and changes are deployed in a reliable and scalable manner.
• Develop and maintain playbooks and documentation for common production issues and resolutions.
• Conduct post-incident reviews to identify root causes and implement preventative measures.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for production incidents.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

Knowledge

• Excellent understanding of operational best practices, system architecture, and infrastructure management.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in both Mandarin and English.
• Proficient in ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Alicloud.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools for system performance and availability.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in delivering enterprise solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the financial industry.
• Experience with architecture design, systems integration, and data management, with a preference for rich data solution design experience.
• Experience with API and application design, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Experience with infrastructure and middleware technologies such as networks, load balancers, application servers, and message queues (MQ).
• Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services, particularly Alicloud.
• Experience in architecting solutions in areas such as digitization, core banking, big data, or regulatory reporting is preferred.
• Proven experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to resolve issues promptly.
