Our Wealth and Personal Banking business supports millions of individuals, families, business owners, investors and entrepreneurs worldwide. We provide products and services that include current accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as savings, investments, insurance and wealth management. We also have specialised relationship managers who support customers with bespoke requirements, including high net worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. 

In this role you will support the definition of the Channels Plan working across key business units.  You will develop and track delivery against our execution roadmap, updating on the progress for key stakeholders.

In this role you will:

• Support the creation and delivery of our Customer Channels Plan and strategy
• Maintain operating rhythm and regular updates to Customer Channels OpCo and onward to HBUK ExCo, the Board, and externally to regulators or other bodies
• Perform strategic planning research and developing aligned delivery plans on behalf of the Channels Leadership team
• Create executive level reports and updates, to simplify and drive decision making
• Have ownership of strategic papers, content & proposals on behalf of Channels Senior Leadership team, Head of Customer Channels & Wider

Requisitos

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Highly analytical with excellent communication skills - experience of creating strategic papers, content and proposals 
• Ability to interpret data and use it to tell a story
• Creative thinker - able to think outside the box
• Strategic project experience
• Proficient user of PowerPoint and Excel

This role is based in any of our key strategic locations (Birmingham, Leeds, Hamilton, Chester, Sheffield, Whiteley).
