This role focuses on ensuring great outcomes for our customers by maintaining high standards in line with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA’s) Consumer Duty. You’ll be responsible for creating and managing frameworks that help the business meet its regulatory obligations and continuously improve the customer experience.

In this role you will  

  • Ensure frameworks for product governance, pricing, customer journeys, and outcomes reporting comply with regulatory standards.
  • Manage Framework Oversight forums to demonstrate compliance by UK Lines of Business.
  • Collaborate with business teams to embed “Managing by Customer Outcomes” in line with UK principles and standards.
  • Support consistent reporting and interpretation by senior leaders to meet Consumer Duty requirements and governance responsibilities.
  • Lead the review and submission of production process for CEO and annual Board reports on Customer Outcomes, ensuring data accuracy and content quality.
  • Act as a key contact for Consumer Duty, coordinating with internal teams and regulators.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders inside and outside the business.
Requisitos

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Proven experience managing frameworks and standards in matrixed organisations.
  • Skilled in presenting complex, confidential issues clearly to executives, boards, and regulators, using simple language for global stakeholers.
  • Knowledge of the external environment (Risk, regulatory, political, competitors etc.).
  • Exceptional relationship-building, collaboration, and influencing abilities.
  • Knowledge of business structures and dynamics in the UK and globally.
  • Knowledge of the Non-Financial Risk framework.
  • Experience of working in a Risk or Compliance function or within a 1LoD risk team

This role is based in Birmingham RFB Headquarters (GB5300) Hybrid.
