We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Sub-branch Manager SZH.
Principal Responsibilities
• Achieve pre-set business targets and grows business for the branch on all RBWM products / services and customer acquisition
• Ensure the delivery of excellent services to customers
• Ensure smooth operations and strict adherence to the work procedures, Bank’s policy and local regulatory requirements, all control measures are undertaken, and minimize the risk exposure of the Branch
• Contribute to Mainland RBWM business development of products, delivery channels and marketing strategies
• Manage the performance and development of staff
• University Degree in Business Administration / Finance or related professional qualifications
• At least 8 years’ experience in personal banking or sales management
• At least 3 years’ experience in managing subordinates to develop good interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
