Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide general administrative support to the DGS team, primarily for the senior leaders within the team.
  • Support planning and logistics for team meetings and events, including annual DGS events.
  • Issue and query management
  • Diary management and assist with the arrangement of travel and accommodation across the DGS team as required.
  • Manage DGS team expenses incurred by the above and follow up any invoice queries with accounts payable.
  • Manage all aspects of HR on-boarding of new joiners and being an expert in how to manage the process the most efficient way.
  • Meet/greet and register external guests (including the arranging of security passes).
  • Adhere to and maintain pre-agreed budgets, cost measures and record keeping

Requisitos

To be successful in this role you would have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or operational role.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Thorough understanding of bank and function procedures, systems and activities
  • Evidence of very good prioritising, planning and organising skills.
  • Experience of working in a role with a proven record of senior stakeholder navigation and influencing skills

This role is based in 8 Canada Square, London, E14 5HQ. Hybrid, Flexible to a 4 day work week.
