We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Transformation Lead (8 months - Fixed Term Contract).
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
- Manage the delivery of multiple complex customer experience enhancement initiatives from design through to release
- Engaging with relevant channel teams, technology teams, digital teams, legal, risk and compliance teams to document design options and recommendations
- Using storyboarding, task analysis, and user research tasks to capture, develop user requirements and support product owner(s) to prioritize backlog
- Manage a team of diverse and high-potential Business Analysts/Change Agents, while orchestrate and provide guidance to multi-functional working teams
- Empower teams to collaborate and make effective decisions promoting adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery and continuous improvement
- Designing solutions or change interventions, including training and communication
- Oversee change management activities which can include diverse tasks such as timeline planning, stakeholder engagement, and risk management
- Tracking and documenting progress and managing status reporting in Steering Committees, budget and resource (including external service providers) management and forecasting
To be successful you will need
- Degree in Business Information Systems or a related field
- Sound Banking and Products background (e.g. Pensions) would be an advantage
- Proven track record as an outstanding analyst, consultant or project manager, with experience in large scale/complex programmes or Compliance & Regulatory projects would be beneficial
- Overall financial services industry knowledge with specific functional expertise
- Extensive experience gathering requirements and conducting design activity, with a mix of business, operations and technology focused projects
- Ability to motivate and lead people, employing appropriate management styles
- Proven ability to work across regions whilst maintaining a global perspective
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and sponsors, while able to get close to details
