The Opportunity:

Role purpose

  • Provide day to day Operational Support for the Wealth & Premier Teams, including system support, recruitment processing, portfolio maintenance, data gathering etc. to ensure our customer facing colleagues have the required tools to undertake their roles.
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to ensure the candidate experience is a positive one not only with job offers etc but supporting with Onboarding Course demand, Travel & Hotel guidance, working with the Training Delivery Managers on timetable, scheduling, booking on My Learning etc.
  • Ensuring accurate records are maintained and fed into the appropriate departments for other systems to be maintained. These include: Fidelity UAR, IRESS Platform, Portfolio Dashboard, 3rd Party Suppliers, Change of RM mailings, WM/RM Links, WM/WA Marketing List, POLA, BCDU hierarchy changes etc
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience to the colleagues you support, aiming to resolve queries immediately where possible and escalating or providing guidance where appropriate and unable to resolve at FPOC.
  • Undertake system Administration such as BMM Privs, Input limit changes, system set up for new starters, removal for leavers to ensure their integrity is maintained and allowing the customer facing teams to undertake their roles effectively.
  • Monitor Live Sign activity from Clients, forwarding items received in a timely manner to the appropriate Wealth Manager/Wealth Adviser/Relationship Manager in order that timely execution is undertaken.
  • Work with Regulated Complaints team to identify the most appropriate RM/WM co-ordinating file location and submission in a timely manner.

  • Primary point of contact for queries from the front line Wealth & Premier Teams
  • Build strong Stakeholder Relationships with the Heads of Wealth and Area Wealth Manager Teams
  • Strong Communication skills required to provide confident, clear and professional responses.

Leadership & Teamwork 

  • Work closely with the People & Operations Manager to ensure a smooth and coordinated approach.
  • Acting as part of a team to provide excellent service.
