The Opportunity:

In 2026 we are launching our new Global Capability Centre’s to accelerate our talent transformation journey. This strategic investment marks a significant milestone in enterprise talent, underscoring our commitment to re-imagine talent acquisition to build a world-class, globally diverse workforce. The new GCC will be a central hub for global talent acquisition, leveraging cutting-edge technology and innovative recruitment strategies to identify, attract and engage talent from around the world.
We are looking for an experienced and strategic High-Volume Recruiting Leader to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts at our Global Capability Centre. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of recruiting leads and recruiters, leveraging the latest recruitment technologies to meet ambitious hiring targets for high-volume roles. This is a key leadership position for an individual who can blend strategic vision with hands-on operational excellence, driving efficiency and innovation in a fast-paced environment.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Strategic Leadership and Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive high-volume recruitment strategy that aligns with business objectives. Forecast hiring needs, allocate resources, and set key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds goals.

  • Team Recruitment, Management and Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of high-volume recruiters. Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to cultivate a skilled and motivated team.

  • Technology and Process Optimization: Champion the use of cutting-edge recruitment technologies, including AI-powered tools, automated screening platforms, and advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Drive continuous improvement by analyzing data to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and hiring managers. Provide data-driven insights on market trends, talent availability, and best practices. Partner closely to define job requirements and manage expectations.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish and track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, team utilization and candidate conversion rates. Use data analytics to monitor team performance, optimize workflows, and report on progress to leadership.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure the team delivers a best-in-class candidate experience, even at high volume. Implement processes and technologies that provide timely communication and a seamless journey for all applicants.

Requisitos

What you will need to succeed in the role:

  • Proven experience in a recruiting leadership role, with a focus on high-volume hiring in a global or offshore setting.

  • Extensive knowledge of and hands-on experience with modern recruitment technologies, including ATS, automated platforms, and AI tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans and lead a team to achieve ambitious targets.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use it to drive strategic decisions and process improvements.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • A proactive, results-oriented, and resilient mindset.
