Chief Technology Office is a global function within Information Technology. We are responsible for defining and implementing the strategy for number of critical products, engineering standards, engineering best practices across the organisation, as well as ensuring availability, recoverability, and security of our systems. What’s more, we’re accountable for all operational and business aspects of Technology Centres Management.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can manage multiple large scale, complex transformation deliveries, work with vendors and third parties and take full ownership of processes and procedures of running a technology organisation to integrate solution effectively, bring technical and business teams along the journey, provide leadership, governance, quality assurance and timely delivery of the initiatives.
What you’ll do
- Leadership and Strategy: team leadership, stakeholder alignment, strategic planning, decision making.
- Project Execution: full lifecycle of project management, scope control, scheduling, resource allocation.
- Risk and Budget Management: risk assessment, mitigation planning, budget forecasting, cost control.
- Regulatory: cooperation and collaboration with regulators to ensure effective management of an organisation.
- Data: collection, reconciliation, analysis, presentation.
- Communication: (senior) stakeholders’ communication, conflict resolution, active listening, reporting.
- Emotional Intelligence: navigating teams’ dynamics and business relationships with empathy.
- Adaptability: pivoting quickly when priorities shift, or blockers arise.
- Problem Solving: navigating bottlenecks, integration challenges, tracking issues with structured thinking and creative solutions.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- University degree.
- Minimum 7 years of experience of delivering complex projects within the areas of: strategy, change management, risk, business management, regulatory and finances in a global organisation, preferably in financial industry.
- Solid experience of working in an Information Technology environment of a matrix-layered organisation.
- Proven-track record of running cross-functional transformational, regulatory and financial projects involving collaboration across a number of corporative functions.
- Knowledge of risk, legal, procurement and financial processes & procedures, specific to a global organisation, juxtaposed with local requirements.
- Extensive experience of streamlining processes and procedures to facilitate operational effectiveness.
- Familiarity with Project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Proficiency in English.
