The Premier proposition is a strategic priority for HSBC, and the role of Premier Officer is a key supporting role in the achievement of the proposition objectives. This role is a part of the Premier relationship team, and a key relationship support role created to provide an outstanding customer experience to the valuable Premier clients, and increase Premier Relationship Manager's (PRM's) client-facing time. 

The role provides dedicated support to a team of PRMs in their overall achievement in areas covering acquisition, cross sales, retention and growth of their portfolios, as well as the day-to-day contact with their clients in the delivery of the proposition objectives. The role is a customer facing and administrative role where professionalism, client focus, and operational knowledge is key.

In this role you will:

  • Provide support to PRMs with regard to client requirements, system procedures and processes, as well as taking ownership for ad hoc projects as required by the business. 
  • Be responsible (together with the PRM) for service quality and income generation in accordance with the Bank’s strategy and policy in relation to the portfolio.
  • Manage (together with PRM) the personal banking needs for a high net worth customer base, while ensuring that the highest standards of customer service are met at all times. 
  • Consistently deliver a high quality of work for our customers, taking ownership for preventing avoidable errors, operational losses and minimizing rework. 
  • Take ownership of delivering a great customer experience by delivering on expected staff responsiveness SLA’s and working quickly to resolve complaints at first point of contact when they arise.
  • Service client needs upon arrival into HSBC Premier for on demand service.
