Job Advert Details
- The role needs to perform daily update mainly for proxy voting announcement and reconcile/reflect client instructions to vote for, against, abstain for the Annual General Meetings as well as Extra General meetings for listed companies in Korea.
- Entry level of Documents classification requiring tax form review process
- Play a key role in the clearing process for mid value trades and other products, work on inbound and outbound clearing to process daily clearing files, provide confirmation of settlement transactions to/from counterparties, and prepare summary report on clearing & settlement transactions including any issues with it.
