We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President - Human Resources consultant

Principal responsibilities

  • The role holder will be the primary enablers for driving the effective execution and delivery of the various Human Resources multi-disciplinary projects/programs supporting different function/business(s) to achieve people outcomes.
  • Enable delivery of people outcomes – Provide actionable insights for formulation and delivery of people outcomes based on diagnosis of people risks and research on internal and external Human Resources trends. Some of the people outcomes include (but not limited to): 
  • Organization simplification and agility through various programs specific to global line of businesses, Wealth and private banking global functions  
  • Building an employee value proposition to attract and retain talent  
  • Supporting diversity and inclusion strategies in the workforce through insights, governance, and control  
  • Leveraging technology and data for enabling seamless employee experience 
  • Project management – Responsible for designing a structured action plan and managing day to day activities of the workstream/projects for its effective implementation. Monitor risks and ensure timely delivery, execution and governance of various tasks and deliverables as per the plan  
  • HR workstream and projects design – Partner with the Center of excellence, senior Human Resources consultants and business stakeholders to co-create and design specific interventions and key deliverables/solutions to deliver people strategy. 
Requirements
  •  6-8 years of experience in driving large Human Resources transformation initiatives spanning across multiple Human Resources areas and have the learning agility to explore new areas and domains  
  • External consulting experience and have leveraged agile ways of working and proven project management methodologies to deliver and manage projects 
  • comfortable with ambiguity and have strong analytical abilities to draw insights to support business decisions  
  • Led and/or managed large scale, complex projects with end-to-end ownership and are able to identify problems and mitigate risks 
  • Critical thinker and have strong influential skills and are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across levels, geographies to deliver required results
