Principal responsibilities
· Manage a change or ad-hoc project in relation to either internally or externally driven, on a continuous improvement of the organizational designs
· Provide support with managing any “services” delivered to business, with appropriate benchmarks, metrics and reporting on efficiency, effectiveness and success of those “services”
· Provide support in robust financial planning, management, tracking and reporting, with Global/Regional/Country Finance
· Develop and implement appropriate and consistent governance with robust documentation supporting management
· Support country specific programmes and provide secretariat/PMO support for governance and steering forums
· Provide support with the management of non-financial risk and non-financial risk programmes ensuring risks are managed consistently and effectively across all businesses and functions in line with the agreed risk appetite.
· Maintain the management of risks associated with the activities provided by Intra-Group to the entity, in line with the country COO’s accountability including supporting effective governance arrangements for Intra-Group contracts and oversight across the market
· Promptly communicate and interact with Region/ Country as required
Qualifications
· Bachelor or Master’s degree in business management related field or associated business experience
· At least 3 years work experience or more in related fields in Banking and Financial Business is a plus
· Resourceful, energetic, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong financial analytical skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills required in English
· Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment
· Experience in risk management and risk related activities
· Experience in project management with an ability to influence stakeholders
· Ability and comfort to work across cultures
