The opportunity: Analyst - Associate Relationship Manager

Being part of HSBC in Israel, you’ll help evolve and grow our business. 

What you will do: 

As an Associate Relationship Manager (ASM) within Global Network Banking, part of Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB), you will report to the Country Head of Global Network Banking and support a portfolio of multinational corporate clients and international subsidiaries operating in Israel. You will work with some of the world's most influential international corporations across technology, energy, infrastructure, and industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that connects clients from HSBC's global network, delivering cross-border, financial solutions and contributing to the future of international banking.


In this role you will:

• Support the management and development of a portfolio of international corporate clients operating in Israel. 
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering outstanding service and supporting client growth.
• Help drive operational excellence and effective execution across the client portfolio. 
• Collaborate with the global coverage teams and product specialists to identify opportunities and deliver holistic banking solutions. 
• Deliver high-quality service and ensure early identification and resolution of problems. 
• Support client onboarding, account management, preparation of credit processes and applications, and ongoing annual reviews. 
• Deepen understanding of the client through pro-active credit risk assessments and customer due diligence reviews.
• Ensure adherence to HSBC's standards by managing financial crime risk, operational risk, and regulatory compliance throughout the client lifecycle.


You should apply if you have: 

• Fluency in business English and Hebrew.
• Experience in a similar position, preferably in a client-focused environment. 
• Strong business acumen with economic, cultural, and regulatory awareness. 
• Proactiveness, are detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal capabilities with peers, colleagues, and stakeholders, and are a team player
• Excellent communication skills.
• Sound analytical skills and credit assessment experience is an advantage.
