We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Analyst, GPB Client Selection and Exit Management - IWPB BRR UTILITY ASP GPB CLM.
Principal responsibilities
- Enforce the GPB Client Selection and Exit Management (CSEM) and the Reputational Risk and Client Selection Committee (RRCSC) governance framework, covering case escalations with financial crime risks, reputational risks and risk appetite concerns.
- Be the principal coordinator for GPB ASP in the facilitation of RRCSC cases for the among local, regional and global stakeholders.
- Provide advisory to front office with regard to RRCSC escalations.
- Review and approve RRCSC submissions to ensure that substance and form meet the RRCSC standards.
- Conduct the RRCSC meetings in accordance with the GPB ASP RRCSC Terms of Reference (TOR).
- Draft the RRCSC meeting minutes in accordance to the global Minutes Guidance. and monitor completion of action as required by the RRCSC.
- Meet the required CSEM targets including timely case decision and execution.
- Facilitate case progression in the case management system.
- Handle regular and ad hoc reporting requirements.
- Conduct trigger analysis to determine risk trends arising.
- Assist in ad hoc reviews and remediation exercises as required by the business.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant banking experience, with Private Banking or Corporate Banking background an advantage.
- Effective communicator in both verbal and writing skills.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail and proactive in problem-solving.
- Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
