 Assistant Client Relations Manager (MPF)

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Client Relations Manager (MPF).

Principal responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of MPF customers for the achievement of business targets and sustainability of business
  • Identify business opportunities through existing customer contact to maximize the sales and penetration of MPF business
  • Build up close relationship with existing clients and handle customer enquires on MPF issues
  • Keep abreast of market trends and assist in formulating and implementing business plan
  • Conduct client appointment and member briefing to capture business opportunities
  • Ensure the customer services excellence to both internal and external customers
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline
  • Passes in the Insurance and MPF Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations as well as  HKSI licensing examinations is a must 
  • Minimum 3 years’ customer service experience, with good knowledge of MPF business
  • Strong self-motivation and customer service orientation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of application software

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Executive, Client Relations.)
