We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Fraud Management.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Support in developing and implementing comprehensive fraud awareness campaign for both customer and staff education
  • Assist in developing and implementing fraud prevention content at multiple channels (e.g. social media posts, website)
  • Assist in organizing anti-fraud events such as fraud prevention talk/seminars with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. NGOs, Universities) 
  • Serve as a speaker at anti-fraud events, delivering presentations for raising customers’ fraud awareness
  • Support in locally deploy the globally defined processes and procedures that ensure the effective execution of fraud controls
  • Support to drive and execute the implementation of effective fraud mitigation strategies and controls for AMH WPB
  • Assist in providing advice and guidance on the new fraud controls or adjustment of existing fraud controls
  • Prepare MI to support management oversight and reporting in governance meetings
Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • Degree holder or above (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong communication, and excellent oral and writing skills in both English and Chinese
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence audiences
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multi-tasks independently
  • Possess strong logical and analytical skills in problem solving
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
