We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Manager - IBCN-COE-IBD.
Principal responsibilities
- Assist Business Management team for IBD related ad-hoc tasks.
- Assist in project management of critical cross businesses and functions initiatives.
- Assist in IBD internal controls related work.
- Assist in IBD system maintenances, testing, and enhancement.
- Assist in management of key corporate governance committees and forums.
- Facilitate senior management decision making by use of management information, performance information, analytics on market data, forums and stakeholder feedback.
- Provide onsite support if needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in business management, administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of A-share capital markets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of financial principles and budgeting.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
- Strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
