We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering.
Business: Enterprise Technology L3
Principal responsibilities
- Drive the team towards Future State Architecture (FSA) of the group and implement reusable IT solutions to meet business users’ requirements.
- Involvement in reviewing requirements, work with different interface parties/users to identify the approach and work out project plan for applications.
- Liaise with Project Manager/Test Manager and other stakeholders to propose the best testing solution.
- Design of reusable test scripts and test data and ensure tractability between requirements and test cases.
- Maintain a good relationship with related stakeholders.
- Work with ITSOs to ensure service resilience, service sustainability and recovery time objectives are met for all the software solutions delivered.
- Build relationships by communicating, influencing and negotiating effectively with business heads, senior managers, third party consultants, etc.
- Good understanding of the FTP application.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and team player.
- Knowledge and experience for implementation and testing with widely successful software delivery techniques.
- Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing practices.
- Business knowledge of accounting (Ledger) and financial reporting.
