The position is key to coordinate the functions of CAR process, maintaining a controlled, efficient and aligned process according to HSBC's strategy, in order to achieve product placement goals, profitability, and the expected service level to become the best competitor in the car loan market.
The position requires collaboration, synergy, and communication to the sales team, to provide support for the placement of the product.
- Synergy and communication to the sales team, to attend the needs related to the process with the internal areas.
- To maintain efficient and stable processes, always seeking the continuous improvement, automation, quality, and control.
- Origination management teams.
- Mapping or implementing controls to mitigate fraud.
- Coordinate and attend process and control Governance forums.
- To generate metrics that allow to monitor controls and processes.
- To attend audits and internal control issues in timely manner.
- To be aware of operational risks and losses during the execution of the processes under their responsibility, in order to promptly escalate incidents, risks, and concerns, seeking and executing appropriate actions.
